Corporate Sponsor Form

SPECIAL NOTE: Any organization offering a raffle must first be registered with the state gaming commission for raffles and then any raffle must be approved by the boro council at their next meeting. Questions? Email info@penningtonday.com.

 Note: For all forms submitted for booths (including food and merchandise), you will receive a confirmation email from either Pam (food) or Kristin (non food items), so make sure you include your email address on the application. Thank you!
